Food Wheel Delivery believes in helping its customers as far as possible,and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy and Refund policy.
Cancellation Policy For Eatables and Food items.
Cancellation for food order or eatables will be considered only if made within 30 minutes of ordering or only if the order is not accepted by restaurant partners or vendors.
You acknowledge that (1) your cancellation, or attempted or purported cancellation of an order or (2) cancellation due to reasons not attributable to Food Wheel Delivery, that is, in the event you provide incorrect particulars, contact number, delivery address etc., or that you were unresponsive, not reachable or unavailable for fulfillment of the services offered to you, shall amount to breach of your unconditional and irrevocable authorization in favour of Food Wheel Delivery to place that order against the Restaurant Partners/Store(s) on your behalf (“Authorization Breach"). In the event you commit an Authorization Breach, you shall be liable to pay the liquidated damages of an amount equivalent to the order value. You hereby authorize Food Wheel Delivery to deduct or collect the amount payable as liquidated damages through such means as Food Wheel Delivery may determine in its discretion, including without limitation, by deducting such amount from any payment made towards your next Order.
There may be cases where Food Wheel Delivery is either unable to accept your order or cancels the order, due to reasons including without limitation, technical errors, unavailability of the item(s) ordered, or any other reason attributable to Food Wheel Delivery, Restaurant Partner/Store or Delivery Partner. In such cases, Food Wheel Delivery shall not charge a cancellation charge from you. If the order is cancelled after payment has been charged and you are eligible for a refund of the order value or any part thereof, the said amount will be reversed to you.
No replacement / refund / or any other resolution of Food items / Eatables / Vegetables will be provided without Vendors / Restaurant Partner’s/Store(s)’ permission.
Any complaint, with respect to the order which shall include instances but not be limited to food spillage, foreign objects in food, delivery of the wrong order or food and beverages or Products, poor quality, You will be required to share the proof of the same before any resolution can be provided.
Cancellation policy for non-eatables
Cancellations for non eatables will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
Food Wheel Delivery does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made, if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by the Food Wheel Delivery , it’ll take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Shipping Policy for Food items/ Eatables/Vegetables
Delivery of food items and Grocery are made with in 45 minutes to 90 minutes of order placed by Buyer in the locality area within 15kms of Restaurant and vendors .
Return Policy For Eatables and Food items
We don't take returns of any Food items or Eatables.
Nor we allow / provide return of food items and Eatables
